Shipping
|
It's our goal that your order reaches you as soon as possible. In that effort, we ship most orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Larger/heavy orders are normally sent via UPS (United Parcel Service). We strive to be fast, and most orders ship within two to three working days of receipt. Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering are usually back in stock within a few days. Though most orders will arrive sooner, please allow seven to ten working days from the date of order for arrival. If you'd like to confirm stock, please send us an e-mail - and be sure to put something in the subject line related to the item/s you're checking on to be sure it gets through the spam filter.
Domestic Shipments
USA, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories: We like it simple - we chargeonly $8.95 per order. If you request UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 1 Day Air, or express service we charge only what it costs us, and will amend your shipping cost to reflect that. We do reserve the right to charge actual postage/shipping on standard orders in special circumstances, though this is extremely rare, and we will contact you first.
Foreign Shipments
Please be sure to select International Shipping during checkout. We will pack your order and calculate the correct postage and insurance cost based on the weight and value of your order and automatically add it to your order. Due to the amount of time that it takes to process foreign shipments we require a $100 minimum. Foreign orders take considerably more work to process, so please understand that they take extra time for shipping.
We do not quote shipping costs in advance of an actual order as these quotes are very time and labor intensive. An example of postage: a 2 pound package going to Germany is $37.00 before insurance. Here is a link to the web site we use to calculate postage:http://ircalc.usps.gov/
Foreign orders are sent via Express Mail International. We have found USPS Express Mail International to be fast and reliable. Items will be listed at their actual value on customs forms. Please do not ask us to falsify these forms, undervalue the contents, or mark your order as a Gift -- because we won't! |
