Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed at Cutlery Shoppe. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in new, salable condition with original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Please note that once we refund your card that it normally takes 7-10 days for your bank to apply the funds to your account. The time this takes is entirely dependent on your bank and their policies. We have absolutely no control over how quickly they refund you. In our experience, banks are very fast at taking money, but seem slower at giving it back.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept Money Orders, Certified Checks, or Personal/ Business Checks. Please do NOT send cash.


Money Orders and Certified Checks
Orders paid with Money Orders or Certified Checks will be shipped immediately upon receipt if the item/items are in stock.

Personal/Business Checks
Orders paid by check may be held for up to 21 days before shipping to allow time for clearance. We are aware that checks drawn on accounts with sufficient funds may clear much quicker, but, checks that are rejected for insufficient funds can take in excess of two weeks to be returned to us.

Shipping Methods
We use two primary shipping methods: United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS express 2 Day Air shipping is available on most orders. If you wish your order to be sent via UPS 2 Day Air, please make a note on your order. We charge only what UPS charges us, so we will have to weigh your completed order and we'll amend your shipping costs. Certain oversized or restricted items must be sent via ground shipping.

International Orders
Due to the amount of time that it takes to process international shipments, we require a $100 minimum. All international orders will include the proper customs forms and contents will be listed at their actual value. Please do not ask us to falsify these forms or to mark your shipment as a "gift" -- because we won't!

There are two options for International shipments, both via USPS:
$25 - Priority Mail - Small Flat Rate Box. This method will hold only limited items, such as two Spyderco folders. If you wish to verify what items will fit, please e-mail us a list of the items you wish to order. If this method is chosen and the items will not fit, we cannot process the order. Also, this method is non-trackable, not insured and delivery not guaranteed. Priority Mail takes longer to clear customs, with some orders taking several weeks to deliver. Please also understand that once the package leaves the United States that we have no control over it, and delivery time or status is entirely dependent upon the postal and customs officials of your country. Priority Mail packages are scanned when picked up by USPS at our office, then scanned again once or twice before leaving the United States. Once they've been scanned at departure, they will not be scanned again until being delivered to you. If you are in a hurry for your shipment, or cannot be patient with delivery times, we do not suggest using Priority Mail.

$60 - Express Mail International. This method will hold more, but not large items such as swords, canes, tomahawks, etc. It will hold several folders and smaller items. This method is live-trackable, extremely reliable and the method we recommend. Normal delivery time for Express Mail is 7-10 days to most countries.

We ask that before ordering you verify the item/s being ordered can be imported into your country. It is the customers responsibility to confirm the item/s ordered can be imported. If an order is confiscated by your postal or customs authorities, you are liable. We have absolutely no control over what will or will not clear customs. If an order is returned to us, most times the packaging has been opened by customs, damaged to the point that it becomes non-salable for us, so we will only credit 75% of the price of the goods. Postage paid is not refunded. By placing an order via our web site, you agree to these terms.

Fax Orders
You may fax your order 24 hours a day. Our fax number is: 1-208-884-4433. Please write legibly, and include your fax number, e-mail address, or phone number in case we have a question with your order.

Backorders
We wish it were not so, but sometimes backorders do exist. If we choose to release and ship your available items, you will not be charged shipping twice, unless you request to have your order shipped separately.

Sales Tax
CutleryShoppe.com is based in Idaho. We collect 6% sales tax for orders that originate from, or ship to addresses within Idaho. We do not collect sales tax for orders that are generated outside of, or that ship to addresses outside Idaho.
