The unique pocket clip is top mounted to sit lower and more discreetly in your pocket and is easily reversible for right or left hand carry. Dual thumb studs also make it ambidextrous. Even its double stainless steel liners are heat treated for maximum strength.

Great Knife, just needs a better clip!
Brian Eldridge (Odenton, MD) 12/7/2011 9:38 PM
Honestly, this is a rock solid, really well made little knife. Mine came with a fantastic grind, and the VG-10 seems like some of the best VG-10 out there, if that's possible. It operates smoothly and the liner lock has a very solid feel. To me, this is the perfect EDC size. 2 things keep this from being the perfect knife, IMO. #1: Ergonomics. It needs some jimping! both on the back of the blade and handle where your thumb might go, and in the front where your index finger would go. The liners are thick and very solid, but really smooth. When gripped hard, I find myself wishing for a more secure grip. #2, The pocket clip is terrible! The fact that it lets the knife sit low in the pocket is great, but it is flimsy. Since it screws directly into the butt end of the knife, it's very easy to bend. Maybe they could make it out of stronger material (a wire clip?) and attach it with beefier screws. Anyway, it's still a great, high quality knife with good steel and I carry it a lot. I took the pocket clip off, and use a lanyard that I loop around my front belt loop and hang the knife in my pocket.
